You Have Questions, We Have Answers

  • How do I update my account and subscription?
    o You can make changes on your dashboard. Subscription information needs to be updated before the end of the month for the changes to apply next month. Please log into your account at www.zerocollectibles.com with your username and password to edit your account.
  • When will my ROCO box ship?
    o Your first box will be created and shipped within 5 business days of ordering. This may be altered depending on Sundays and holidays due to carrier operating days. Please note for Hawaii and Alaska this may take longer depending on carrier.
  • When should I expect my monthly subscription?
    o Monthly subscriptions will be sent out at the beginning of each month with a goal of mid-month arrival. This is after your first box is sent out. For instance, if you order on April 28th your first box will be sent out then your next box will be sent in June and each month there after depending on your subscription.
  • When will other products/ merchandise ship?
    o Items such as clothing and other swag will ship within 5 business days. This may be altered depending on Sundays and holidays due to carrier operating days.
  • Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
    o Yup! We are collectors just like you! We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Keep in mind that purchasing a ROCO box does contain numerous collectibles even ones you may not be collecting now. We try and broaden people’s collection each month, so you have a chance to explore other collectibles. However, if you are unhappy with your box, please email us at support@zerocollectibles.com and we will work with you to provide a solution.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    o We want to make each collector excited and happy to get a ROCO box! If your subscription is not bringing you joy, please reach out to us at support@zerocollectibles.com We are happy to provide a solution for you! Please note, the following month your subscription will be cancelled, and you will not receive next month's box. Your renewal can be disabled through your account page. You would need to resubscribe to restart your subscription.
  • Can I tailor my ROCO box?
    o Currently we don’t have an option to tailor the box, however, we are always working to improve! If you have suggestions, please contact us!
  • What comes in a ROCO box?
    o Each month we will have alternating items to help broaden your collection.
  • What happens if I want to return but I opened the items?
    o We do not process any return or exchange of any complete ROCO box or individual items. Should you have any questions on this please email us at support@zerocollectibles.com
  • Any promotions or discounts?
    o Join our email list to stay up to date on our promotions and discounts. Make sure to download and follow us on the whatnot app for more.
  • How do I send ROCO box as a giftbox?
    o We have an option on our products page specifically for a gift box.
